I oversee purchasing and operations for DSM&T. My goal is to keep the daily operation of the company running smoothly and efficiently and ensure we provide exceptional value to our customers.

Working with DSM&T since its beginnings, as Production Manager my goal is consistent and timely production with a “get it done” attitude. Ensuring your repeat order is as good as the first.

In many ways DSM&T Company has been different from other companies. Born with very limited resources, we have grown from a handful of employees in 1982 to over 100 in the US alone, not counting our Mexico and offshore acquisitions. One of the areas that make DSM&T different is its ability to understand our customers’ needs, either financially or technologically, as well as the importance to continually strive for improvement with an entrepreneurial spirit. For over 30 years we have focused on the creation of products that are now the core of our business. If you visit our U.S. plant you will find an astonishing diversity of house created plugs, many of which are patented, which are now the solid foundation to support growth in the years to come. My team and I would love the opportunity to show you our ability and to become your working partner and mutually benefit from a continuous growth with safety, creativity and reliability.
