Our R&D and Troubleshooting Process

The first step is to identify the problem. Your assigned Rep. will troubleshoot with you and your product to not only identify the problem, but also possible causes. This can be done over the phone, email, by video conference and/or in-person.

Our Rep. will then sit down with our R&D Team for strategic analysis.

Once the problem has been verified, our R&D team can provide possible solutions along with estimated costs.

Next steps will include:

1. Reviewing measurements, electrical specifications, and any other important data.
2. Create 2D CAD Drawings and 3D models.
3. Print 3D prototypes.
4. Create Tooling and over-mold samples (Toll Shop located on-site)
5. Test samples for durability, quality and, most importantly, problem solution.

We’ll keep you in the loop by consulting you every step of the way. Once you receive First Article Samples, we encourage you to provide feedback, ensuring highest performance solution.

Once you approve the First Article Samples production can begin. Your customer service representative will review with you lead times, quantities, price and other miscellaneous information to get your order started.

We take great care in manufacturing your part right the first time. Every item we produce goes through a stringent testing process unique to each part to make sure you get working parts.

Tests May Include:

  • Visual Inspection
  • Polarity
  • Continuity
  • Pull Test
  • Ingress Protection
  • Dielectric
  • and more.

After initial prototyping, extensive engineering, proper testing and finally production you can now enjoy the finished product designed specifically for your project.
