From prototype to production, our complete production facilities have the capability to produce your products 100% in-house.
This includes extruding our own wire & cable, cutting our own tools, and having Engineering, R&D and compliance experts on staff.
Having a complete Tool Shop onsite at each production facility means we’re able to swiftly address any tooling needs that arise. Whether it’s creating tooling for quick prototypes or cutting full production-scale tooling for large runs, our tool shops can handle it all.
In addition, key tooling is duplicated at each site to minimize downtime and ensure quick response to your needs.
DSM&T carries approvals to produce the most common types of wires and cables, such as UL 1007/1015, SJT’s and SPT’s.
